Gameweek 13 – Utd V Hull

Manchester United V Hull City

Manchester United Vs Hull City

No disrespect to Hull City or indeed Steve Bruce, but this is not a fixture that would normally excite, or get the juices flowing so to speak, but after a much needed win, away to Arsenal last week, and the added need to establish momentum and consistency, regarding results, it is as important a fixture as United have had this season.
Defeat at home, especially after the promising result of a tough away win, would simply be disastrous, whereas a win will surely instil a belief that finally a corner has been turned.
It’s a home fixture, as is our next outing against Stoke, and its not unreasonable to suggest, that this current, albeit injury ridden, Manchester United team should mop up six Premiership points and make it four wins in a row, before we head into the Monday night game at Southampton, on December 8th.
Our injury list continues to frustrate, despite the availability of Rojo and Falcao today, most notably the loss of Luke Shaw, who has put in some excellent performances for us of late, but Hull City come into this game on the back of three straight defeats, and have not won in the Premiership since their 2-0 victory over Crystal Palace on October 4th.
In a nutshell this is a game we should win, it’s a game I’m pretty sure we will win and I’m going to say 4-1 United.
Make your prediction here!
